Passing to Outlook 2k

Hi all
I want to push a mail into outlook from acess2k and this works OK for
straigh SendObject. Also though I want to have a file attached to the mail.
How do I do this ? Its always the same file, and I'd rather attach it as
word doc than put the contents as mail body text, which looks crappy.
