Passing VB recordset to Borland C+

I have a datastore that I can easily get at with an ADO procedure in VB. I
am working with a developer who has created a utility in borland C+, that
needs to be passed the some of the records in the record set.

I am not familiar what the route would be to accomplish this. I am not
familiar with borland C+ my colleague has not used ADO procedures before.

What is the best way to get this done?
Any suggested readings? WebSites??
