% passive sentences doesn't correctly report on readibility index.

When conducting a spelling/grammar check, despite a number of suggestions to
correct fragments or passive sentences, the readibility index of the document
always reports 0% passive sentences. Would like to know the correct
percentage of passive sentences contained in a document.
