Password Always Requested

One of my clients upgraded to Office 2008 over the weekend. Every time she
starts one of the Office 2008 applications (she use Entourage the most),
she's asked for her OS X password. I had her perform a permissions repair,
which didn't help, and use the Remove Office tool to completely remove the
Office 2008 suite from her computer. After reinstalling Office 2008, the
problem still persists. What could be causing this problem?

That looks like a Keychain issue.
You should launch the Keychain access application and use Keychain
fiorst aid from the menus to fix your keychain,
If this doesn't work, look for the entries for your e-mail accounts in
the keychain and delete them. Entourage will then be able to create some
fresh new ones for them.

Run Keychain First Aid.
