I have come across a signing on problem with outlook this
morning and have no idea what the problem might be, not
sure if there is a setting in properties I have missed.
In someone else's absence I singned windows on as me and
then opened the Outlook account - it asked for the actual
users name and password - but when the password was typed
it threw up "password incorrect" - it did this at least
three times and fianlly threw up "you have run out of
goes". The password was correct and after the "you have
run out" message was OK'd Outlook opened and send/receive
mail as usual.
This is not a one off, the user signed onto windows and
then went into the outlook account. As above the password
was icorrect - for three goes and then said "you have run
out of goes" - but opened the account as ususal after
clicking "OK".
Anyone seen this before?
