Password EVERY TIME?!

I have one workstation with Outlook 2007. The email is a pop/smtp and just
like every other install that I have. The only difference is when I send &
recieve it asks for the password. I type it in, I check save password and
in gets or sends the email. BUT everytime I send and recieve it wants the
password. I doesn't matter Who's email I set up.

This only happens on this install.

Any thoughts?
