Password in excel

Hi all,

Does anyone know a way to protect an exel file with a
password and set it up so that after a period of time
(say 30 days) it will expire and the excel file is no
longer accessible.

What you could do is write a code to delete the file and
its contents after stipulated usage thus turning it
unusable... though it's not the ultimate solution, but
one alternative to look at the problem..
