Password is correct but still wont open.

I have a user who is not able to open a PPT file with a password on it even
if they know the correct password. It says incorrect password. They are
also unable to save a PPT file with a pw. It appears it works but when they
try and open the file that was just created, it does not prompt for the pw
that was just entered. The user can open the files from another computer,
just not their own. xls and doc files work fine, just ppt files.
Reinstalled Office had no success. Any thoughts anyone?

I've seen this with roaming user accounts. I don't know the fix, other than
to not roam.
