Milly,
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I have tried to recreate my acct several
times. I deleted my registry entry under PSSP. Here is the log file.

What is the exact error message? Have you tried deleting and recreating
your account?

After furious head scratching, Blair Wilson asked:
| Help Needed!!
|
| I am using Outlook 2K3. I get bad username or password when I try to
| retrieve my emails from Comcast.net. If I test my Outlook
| configurations, the test completes successfully. Yet when I try to
| send/receive, I get a bad username/password message.
|
| I have removed/reinstalled Outlook 2K3. I have the deleted the pssp
| entry in the registry. Is there a file or registry setting that
| needs to be deleted also? Where could the corruption be?
|
| Any/All suggestions are welcomed. Your help in this matter will be
| greatly appreciated. As always, thanks in advance..
