Password not being asked

HI,

My outlook.pst has been set with the password in MSO2K. But the file opens
fine without asking for the password when I open Outlook. When I copy the
file to another system, it works fine there .. ie., I am prompted for the
password.

Changing the password does not make any difference either. I am able to
change the password but it still not asked for.

What could be the problem with my Outlook?
