E-mail report using Lotus Notes rather t

Hi,

I am have a 2003 MS Access database. I had splitted the database in my
share drive. There are currently the front end and the back end. However,
I realized i didn't put a password on the front end and the back end because
I have only given a hand fool of people permission to access the share drive
so there is no point in creating addition access protection. Other users
without access to the share drive will not be able to access the database and
it works. Now what I want to do is put a password to protect my backend of
the database. I want a password protection for my back end so users can't
open the backend and mess around in it. I know how to create a password but
what I want to know if I put a password to my backend only, will that affect
the users' access to the data using the front end and each user has a copy of
the front end in their own pc?
