In the office I work in, whenever anyone opens Outlook 2003, which runs off
of our Exchange server, they are prompted for their user name and password.
When they type in their usual Active Directory issued credentials, it says it
is invalid.
The e-mail accounts are configured to use the Kerberos\NTLM Password
Authentication and the option to prompt for password is NOT checked.
I have found that if I turn Cached Exchange Mode On or Off (depending on
the previous setting), it will connect them just fine, like normal. But the
next day, the prompt is back.
What is this prompt for and why doesn't it accept their network
credentials? More importantly, how do I get rid of it? Any help would be
great. Thanks in advance.
