Password Protect A Form

Referring to knowledge base article 209871 "How to create
a password protected form or report", I am unsure on how
to set my own unique password for a form. Step 20 tells
you to type in ?KeyCode("TestString") to find out the
corresponding KeyCode for a particular string. You are
told to type that statement in the immediate window. What
is the immediate window? How do I find out my own unique
code?
