Password protect a form

I have set up a database that has 2 switchboards that I created no
using the switchboard manager.

One switchboard is for the general public and the other is for a tea
that will review the data that would be entered in by the genera
public.

Is there a way to password protect the 2nd form? I do have a button t
open the 2nd form on the main switchboard.
