Password Protect Question

B

Bob

I have an Access programme that I want to sell to some friends that know
each other, and I want to try and stop them from copying a copy to each
other.

One of the Forms I have is [Company Info & Name & Address]

You must fill this out for it to appear on Invoice and Statement, Is there
some way that I could get a password protect put on this form so if the
password (encrypted) did not match the name and company and address the
programme would not work.

Say for example:

Green Acre Lodge

Robert Douglas

12 Oak Lane

Meadow Bank

New Zealand

So for argument sake very 3rd and 5th letter/number on each of these lines
becomes the password a gap being say a underscore, so the password word be:
enbr_aaowz but would appear like this **********, So if the owner wants to
change anything he would have to email me for the code in that case I can
see if he is just changing address or somebody else was going to use his
programme, Your thoughts

Thanks in advance.........Bob Vance
