Password Protect

Is there a way to password protect a Notebook or file
folder?

Not the entire folder/My Notebook area, no. You can PW
Protect all of the files within OneNote if you're running
SP1.

If you're concerned about someone else reading any files
in your OneNote hierarchy, you can use the security
features of Windows 2000 and Windows XP, including EFS
and NTFS Permissions.

Actually in SP1 you can protect a specific Section in Onenote.
