Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
A client sent me a PP file [windows] that was password protected. They also sent me the password. However, every time I open the file, I receive a pop-up window with the following text and an OK button only. No place to enter the password.
"This presentation is protected by a password or Digital Rights Management (DRM). To access the presentation, you must have a version that is not protected by a password or DRM."
I tried the first suggestions in these blogs about changing access through Finder File> Get Info, but it did not work either.
I have gone back to the client and asked for a non-protected file. I also sent a suggestion into Microsoft about changing this issue.
Any other suggestions?
