Password Protected Database for Multiple Users

I need a database where 7 employees can enter what time they logged off their
phones, what time they logged back in, and the reason they logged out. I need
the database to calculate how many minutes between the time the logged out
and back in. I need the database to separate the data by the employees name.
I need each employees information to be private and only viewable by the
employee and manager. I need the manager to have access to all 7 employee
records.

Any suggestions??? :)
