Password Protected Database

Here is what I need:
I need a database that 7 employees can enter required information.
But they are only allowed to view their own information and none of the
information for the other 6 users.
The manager of these employees needs to be able to view ALL information on
ALL employees.
Each employee needs to be able to report what time they logged out of their
phone system, what time they logged back in, and the reason they were logged
out. I need the database to calculate how many minutes between logging out
and logging in.

Is this possible??? And how hard is this to do???
