Hi,
An Excel spreadsheet is created with everybody permissions and saved it on
the shared area on one of our servers. It is Read-Only if you don't enter
the password but if you enter the password and make changes to it and can't
save it. It comes up with an error saying that its an read only file and
can't be saved. The funny thing is, if you say ok to this error and don't
try to save it then that file disappear from the shared area on the server.
we have restored the file 3 times from our backup but still there is problem
saving and retrieving the file from the server.
Also, i have noticed that the same file name is saved as an hidden file
which is an empty file with no Excel Program association.
Please give me some suggestions.
