Password Protected Notebook now corrupt

I have a password protected notebook & had to have my pc rebuilt. I've now re
installed OneNote & got all my old .one files working except for the
protected notebook. All I get is an error message telling me the file is
corrupted. Anyone have any idea how I might get at the data please. I could
really do with getting access.
