I have a user that all of a sudden has his personal folder password
protected and no one knows the password. I tried using this file.

But, everytime I run it, it just says cannot find the program
pst19upg. Any suggestions?

Just to make sure, you downloaded pst19upg.zip to your hard drive, unzipped
it to a folder, read the pstread.txt file it contains, then double-clicked
on pst19upg.exe, correct? If not, what did you do EXACTLY.

Yes, Bian that is exactly what I did. When I double-clicked the program, it a
DOS looking window popped up and was gone again so quickly I couldn't see
what it said. Is that what is supposed to happen? What else do I have to do?

Thanks for any info!

What I would do is to put the pst19upg.exe program in the same folder as the
PST, open a command prompt window, CD to the folder with both files and then
run the app.

Thank you very much for your help. It ended up that somehow an extra data
file was created and pw protected and Outlook was looking toward that. I just
had to switch back to the old data file and remove the extra one. Thanks
again!
