Password protected pst folder.

Exchange 5.5, Outlook 98

One of our uses has password protected a pst folder and
forgotten the password. After several failed attempts, he
still cannot open the file. Is there any way to open a
password protected pst file, by running inbox repair tool
or that. Or, is there a text file created anywhere which
stores passwords when the option to "save passwords in
password list" is ticked. If there is such a file, we
could retrieve password from here.
