I am trying to find out if there is a way to password protect individual
messages before sending them so that the message itself and any attached
content is "locked" without entering the assigned password? I have been
experimenting with digital signing and encrypting but there has to be an
easier way for my end users to password protect and send sensitive financial
data without having to go through the myriad of steps needed to get a digital
certificate, adding it to the store and making sure the recipient has the
secondary key to decrypt it. Encryption keys for all the leadership team to
transfer this information will cost close to $860.00 and that is an expense
that I am trying not to incur on our very small IT budget. Any ideas?
