Password Protecting Outlook 2000

Is there a way to put a password on Outlook 2000 so that
no one else can open it and see what is inside?

You can password protect the .pst file. Open Outlook and right click on
Outlook Today. Select Properties, then Advanced. Click on Change Password.

NOTE: Once you put a password on the file, make SURE you remember it.
Also, remember that once you open Outlook, anyone with access to your
computer can read your mail, etc. You really should use a password
protected screensaver or lock your computer if you leave your desk
