password protecting outlook and calendering functins

Is there a way to password protect your contacts and
calendar in MS Outlook?

I found this web page online http://support.microsoft.com/?
kbid=180043, but it says your Outlook has to have
an "Internet Mail Only" option which doesn't apply to me.

I have some confidential info in individual contact
folders and don't want someone to accidently get to it.

I am also syncing this up with my Palm Vx and want to try
to make sure the info on the Palm is password protected as
well.
