Password protection doesnt work with share

Hi

I have made a time sheet for each employee in one workbook and each
sheet is restricted with a password the problem that im facing is that
whenever i shared it all the passwords are gone
is there is any way that i can my sheet passwords and share it in
order to allow mulitiple employees to use it for data entry in the
same time

Please advise
