Password Protection for Stencil

Is there any way to password protect a Stencil(.VSS) File ? I want to have
some effect like that of Microsoft Word, where one can have passwords for
Opening as well as modifying.

I could not found the password protection.
But you could protect masters in the drawing explorer of the stencil.
Put mouse on the tile bar of the stencil, right click, Select menu "editing
stencil", put mouse on the tile bar again, right click, select menu "drawing
explorer window", put mouse on the stencil name of drawing explorer, right
click, select menu "protecting drawing", ckck on "master shape" on the window
of "protecting drawing", click "OK".

I need when someone opens the stencil file in visio it should ask for a
password.
