Password Protection Issues

I need to password protect a sheet in a workbook but enable code to
operate on the sheet. I have found code for this on another post;
however, it seems a user might just find the password in the VBE and
then be able to unprotect the sheet. Does anyone know how to prevent
that? If I password protect the workbook, will that suffice? If so,
will the code still run even though the workbook is protected?

Protecting the workbook won't keep anyone from viewing the code. To do
that you need to lock the project for viewing (in the VBE, Tools/Project
Properties/Protection).

However, anyone with the minimal skill necessary to find these
newsgroups can find ways to bypass any internal XL protection. See
