Password protection:

I do not have any cells protected before before i run the
formula. After the formula is executed, when I open the
file again I get a box that says Unprotect sheet
password. I can not figure this out as to what the
password might be.

I forgot to add that this happens the second time the
file is open. The first time the file is opened the
formula is run for the first time. Works ok. Second
time i get that password box.

When the file opens the first time, type Alt-F11 and look for macro code
in the Workbook, worksheet or regular code modules.
