Password protection

I have the files password protcted. I would like to also password protect the
folder so that no one can see the file list with-in the folder.

You can't password protect the folder but you can change the properties
of the folder so that it is not shared on the net or on that particular
system.

Right-Click on the folder, Properties
You should have a tab for "Sharing" if you logged in as Administrator.
If so, Insert the tick for "Make this folder Private".
