Password Protection

How do I set up a password to protect a database with
confidential material? Only 5 people will be accessing
the information. I am using Access 2000. I thought I
had set it up but when I tried to access the information
from another computer, I easily got into the database.

Please help.

You need to locate, download & furiously study the "Access Security FAQ".
Then start again, following every step of the FAQ precisely - adding &
omitting nothing. You will get nowhere, unless you follow an established set
of detailed instructions >to the letter<. Your statement that you could
easily get back in to the "secured" database, is a classic symptom of not
having done it properly.
