Password Stop Error

I am getting the following Stop Error report when using MS- Outlook Express :-

DirectDBNotifyWndProc:msimn.exe – Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point WnetEnumCached Passwords could not be located in
the dynamic link library MPR.dll

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this one?
