Password to Open Error...pls help...

I have a issue with powerpoint 2002. when i try to save a ppt .. and want to
set password restriction .. nothing happens !! The file will not be saved..
Worse of all, i don´t get any errors in the eventlog etc .. When i try to
open a ppt with password protect .. i get an error .. "Wrong password".. ..

When I do the same .. with a raoming profile .. the file will then be
saved.. !!

If i try to the same with WORD .. things working all right .. i can save,
open as i surpose to do .. w/password protect

Setup : Xpe/2003/Flexprofile

Any ideas ?
