Outlook was operating without problems as I was sending and receiving emails.
Then it requested my ISP password with the "Enter Network Password" pop-up.
This pop-up normally only appears when I begin sending and receiving emails
after a start-up.
But now Outlook is not accepting my password and I cannot send or receive
emails. The pop-up keeps reappearing until the Send/Receive dialogue box
displays the following error codes:
Sending - 0x800CCC7D
Receiving - 0x800CCC92
These error messages also appear when I have my Norton 2006 Internet
Security disabled - so it doesn't appear to be related to Norton.
I have also checked with my ISP and have been able to send and receive
through non-Outlook connections, so they are telling me in must be an Outlook
problem.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks
