You will not be-able to recover your user but you can recover you files.
Restart you PC and repeatedly tap F6 you should end up with a menu with
various things on. Go to Safe mode and start up your PC in Safe Mode. Unless
you have deleted or made a password for this account their should be an
extra user called Administrator. Make a new account and restart your PC log
on to the new account and copy your documents over from your old users My
Documents to your new users My Documents. You should now delete the old
user.
