hello,
i have a excel work book 2003 which i convert in 2007 with protected a work
book open password as well write access, now i want to change my PW, open WB
PW i already changed but how can i change write acces PW and from where ?

If you are asking about worksheet protection when you say write access, then
on the [HOME] tab, in the Format group
and the Protect Sheet feature is near the end of the list when you expand
the Format group. Lock/Unlock cells is also there.
