Passwords aren't enough

How do I keep other people off my PC? When the prompt for
the password pops up during start up, they only have to hit
"Cancel" and they can use my programs. How do I stop them?

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user or a Windows newsgroup.
