Passwords, cell access and locking

How do I limit access to a variety of cells in a table of a share
master document, with multiple users. Example 10 users need access t
10 fields or cells. The cells need to be viewed by all users but b
modified only to those with given access via passwords

This may be possible using Share Point Portal Server and Information Rights
Management that are available for use with Office 2003. It is not possible
with Word alone. At least not limiting those users with passwords to just
the 10 cells. You could lock the document for editing and let the users
with the passwords remove that protection.
