I wonna know where's my password for mdb stored
I dislike security system form microsoft for my mdb
I wanna develop it by myself

If you want to develop your own system, why do you want to know where
MS stores its own password? There's no way you can change that one to
make it work better or differently.

And if you do not secure your database with Access security, what is to
stop anyone changing its data using Access and/or through program code?

You can't change the security promt if you use User-Level Security.

It was never meant to be pretty, it is for security.
