Passwords

I have all my personal correspondence in one folder, and
while I know how to make a password for a single file,
(that is, one letter)I cannot find out how to put a
password on to a folder containing several letters. Is
there a way to do this? I just find it too cumbersome to
have to give each piece of correspondence a password and
then either have remember all of them or keep a list
somewhere. Help!

This is accomplished through Windows rather than Word. If you can't get the
information from Windows Help, try asking in a Windows NG.
