My passwords will not fill in the blanks. It does occasionally will fill in one blank

Also how can I save these passwords so I don't have to recreate them all over again.

You may want to post your operating system and your version of Office.
For security purposes I would not let my os remember my user id's and passwords. Memory, or a backup file in Excel or Word that you have printed as reference serves well.

Thank you. My OS is XP Professional and Office is 2002. In lieu of your tip can you still back up a "password folder"

You could create a folder in your documents (dated for updates) with the user id's-passwords and backup to your secure server files for your system, write it to cd/rw, zip, or whatever backup utility you use inside your firewall
The suggestion still holds to not let Windows remember your user id's, passwords, or any vital system info even using the above mentioned security items.

Are you speaking of autosave in XP?
If so, that is the reason of my posts concerning not having Windows save your user id's and passwords due to security reasons. Surely you can enter your user id's and passwords for items used on a regular basis, either by memory or from your backup files?

It's when you type a couple of the exact letters or numbers and it fils in the blanks in webpages or when you are trying to access sites that have user id's and passwords. Like hotmail or yahoo or my personal websites. I am not well versed in the actual terms it is called I am describing it as best I can

This is not an MS Office issue. You are talking about AutoComplete in
Internet Explorer. Go to Tools, Internet options, Content, Personal
information section.

As posted concerning Internet Explorer
Or: download the Google toolbar for IE and turn on the auto complete option for this, the boxes will be shaded in yellow and once you fill them in once it will remember the next time you visit the site.
