We are using entourage mac 2004 and while traveling, I got this dialogue box asking me for me password. When I type it in, it rejects it saying this is the incorrect password. We doubled checked the password in the keychain but are still unable to get in. I did check our account settings and they appear to be the same. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? thanks

When i look at the error message, it says something about not being able to receive email.

When i look at the error message, it says something about not being
able to receive email.

Check with your ISP for settings to connect to your mail while
traveling. You may have to connect to a different server or authenticate
using different settings. Only your ISP will know this.
