Past as pictue

I am using Word 2000

I am doing a lot of copying excell worksheets and pasting
them into Word using "paste special - as picture".
I tried to put this command on my tool bar. While I got
the "past special" on the tool bar, I still had to select
picture from the list. Is there a way to put "paste
special - as picture" on the toolbar?

One problem with this is that "As Picture" is not always one of the choices
in Paste Special. The choices offered depend on the type of data being
pasted.

If you are not a afraid of recording a macro, this would
be the time to do it.
