Past from notepad to Word 2007

How do you past large text files that are in Notepad to Word? I'm using
Office 2007. When I copy and past, I get extra lines (newline or line
returns) in the document. It would be a headache to do this manually all
the time.

Thanks

Hi JCO,

The linebreaks are caused by the word wrapping in the Notepad file. If you switch off the linewrap *and each logical paragraph
becomes one line*, you shouldn't end up with the breaks when pasting into Word. If the line breaks remain in notepad after you
switch off the linewrap, you can use the method described at www.gregmaxey.mvps.org/Clean_Up_Text.htm to clean up the text.
