Writing software manual on MS access database I
developed. How do I copy and paste access form graphics
into manual?

I would probably look into buying a Screen Capture program (I use SnagIt) if
you have much of this to do. I don't think you can copy and paste the form
per se, but a screen capture would have the exact look you would see in
Access.

For a one time only screen capture, you could just use the PRINT SCRN
utility found on all keyboards.

You can also consider using Photo Editor. Do your print screen of the
various Access objects, and then paste as new image into Photo Editor.
You can then save as JPEG. You can also crop or select small
portions of the images in Photo Editor and then use those portions
separately (ie. an action button placed on the form). I did a lot of
this in an Access guide I wrote for my company.
I also use a screen capture software called Print Screen Platinum.
