Paste function does not work

The Paste function in project will not work. I worked in a file yesterday,
and the Paste function worked just fine. Today, it does not work at all.

I can highlight and copy (via icon or hotkey) information, but the Paste
icon does not illuminate after the selection is copied. Hotkey pasting does
not work either.

I have closed the application and re-opened. I have tested multiple files.
I have searched online for a quick answer. In short, I have exhausted the
few resources that I know of and have been unable to find an answer. Your
help is appreciated.

This problem sometime occurs due to low memory.
Just check your free memory space available

Which version of Project are you using?

If you are using Project2003, have you upgraded to Service Pack 2? Here's a
handy link:

I did not see anything in the fix list that specifically talks about this
behavior.
