Paste not working from Clipboard taskpane

Hi,

My paste function isn't working when I try to paste content from the
clipboard task pane. It works fine using CTRL C/X and CTRL V but if I
want to paste historic content from the task pane nothing happens. I
have cleared the clipboard and restarted word and I still have a
problem.

Any thoughts?
