Paste Option

I am using Outlook 2007.

Is there a way to turn on 'Paste Options' just like you can in Word 2003?

This is the option where a little icon shows up at bottom right of what you
just pasted that lets you decide if you want to keep source formatting or
adopt destination fromatting.
