Paste Options Shortcut Office 2007

Fletch

You know the little clipboard option that pops up in Office 2007 for
pasting options (Match destination format, etc.)?

Is there any KEYBOARD shortcut for that bad boy?

I've tried searching the Microsoft database, but we all know how
*easy* it is to find stuff in that monstrosity . . .

Thanks.

That would be CTRL+V

Thanks, Chad.

I'm not asking about "paste," I'm asking if there's a shortcut to the
"paste options" button that pops up and looks like a clipboard.

If you pull up the clipboard in Word 2007, there is a button at the bottom
that says Options and you can select the options that says "Show Office
Clipboard when CTRL C is pressed Twice". That's best way to use as a shortcut.

Hi Fletch,

It's basically a setting rather than a keyboard shortcut to invoke the smartag like behavior of the Paste Options button choice

Office Button=>Word Options=>Advanced=>Cut, Copy and Paste
[x] Show Paste Options Button

There is a Word command that you can assign a keyboard shortcut to that will, for a specific paste operation will bypass [not show]
the button during paste if the 'SHow Button' option is already active (EditPasteOption) but to have it available through a keyboard
shortcut during paste when the option isn't on may require a macro (to turn on the option setting then paste, perhaps) and you can
assign a keyboard shortcut to a macro.
